Been a long time coming, but I’m back again. TAT THE DON Truest motherfucker in this game. I realized an important fact over this past month. Everyones is full of shit. I mean that literally of course. What everyone needs is more fiber in their diet to get the shit out of thier system. Just google it if you dont believe me.

So ramadan has put things on hold for me generally speaking since it sapped away all my energy. However right now I’m getting the energy back. So what am I doing since I have this newfound energy and semi-positive attitude. Not so much happy go lucky since I still got my Thugface on. Smiling for me is like the hardest thing to do unless I’m having fun and enjopying the company, conversation or what not.

I had an epiphany or a moment of clarity or should I say a revelation. Not so much a divine manifastation, though kinda edging along those lines. That hey, even though this job thing is cool and everything. Theres still some more stuff I wanna do in my life. Good thing is I can still pursue both at the same time. When I say both it’s more like a lot but that will suffice. You might ask yourself what the hell is TAT talking about. Let me explain and break it down.

I want to try out and become a fighter in the UFC. Which I’m working on right now. All that’s left is find a good place to train, so if you know of any holla back son. I also decided to get back in the rap game full blast since let’s face it. It is one of my best outlets. It is something that I really enjoy. I have been kinda neglecting it for some time now because of time constraints AKA university + working a full time night shift. However right now I have a normal jobby job. And guess what I have time to pursue diffrent endavours. Hell I would even pursue happiness, but I’m more or less happy right now. Not really happy just things are not bad at the moment.

Did I happen to mention how amazing the gym I’m going to is? I’m actually seeing results. And my body feels a bit different. Not to mention certain unforseen side effects. Cause of the supplements I’m taking, which is not a bad thing btw just wont mention them lol just google how magnesium and zinc effects men. Lost like about 8 kilos so far. Wider shoulders, tighter ass, and getting a “V” shaped back, My arms are getting bigger since they were really skinny, and my legs are a whole diffrent story. And that’s just the beggining, hopefully by the end of the year my abs would be flat.

I’m gonna go about the room makeover by the end of this month hopefully so stay tuned for that. Also I might start podcasting again if theres a demand. Oh yeah before I forget i’m gonna be gaming big time again got my eyes on new equipment to make me enjoy it more. And just to clear things out I’m still single not doing these changes to impress a girl or anything doing this for me since I know how some haters like to spread rumors. Guess I’ll end here for now so catch ya guys later.

My Ramadan Shows

I was taking a break in order to create a blissfull place which I can call my sanctuary. However due to some setbacks it had to wait so I’ll share with you my ramadan shows for now :P

Oh yeah if you watch anime dont miss out on Code Geass. My plan for ramadan is to do a Full Metal Alchemist marathon. If you are wondering why there are no arabic shows well they suck. Don’t bring theater actors to do a TV drama cause they tend to overact. And if they do a comedy it’s really lame. And excuse me for saying this but there is no sex appeal at all, the actresses in these shows are UGLY and FAT. I’ll stick to Prison Break for now thank you…

Ramadan Break

Now that I got my shit together, one thing that has been bothering me is my room. It is ONE BIG MESS.  So during ramadan I’m gonna fix it up.

First of all gonna paint the walls burgundy and grey. Next going to get a new carpet. A new sofa/couch whatever you wanna call it. Most importantly get a newcloset for my clothes. Apparently without realizing the past year I’ve been on a shopping spree kinda thing. So my old closet cant fit what I have and clothes are thrown all over the room.

I come to my room and get stressed cause everything is all over the place. So it’s time to make it a place I can relax and chill. So till I fix my room, my mac will be out of comission as such wont be blogging till I’m done. Since I cant blog from work might as well make ramadan sort of technology free as well. Hopefully fixes wont take that long but we will see. catch ya later and will update you of the new crib when it’s done.

Lets Talk About My New Diet

I know updates have been slow as of late. Work and juggling friends have me tapped out. However Thats not what I’m gonna be talking about…

As the title says I’m gonna talk about my new diet. It’s no secret just your average low carb high protein diet. Basically I eat meat, chicken, eggs and veggies everyday. Diet coke or 7-Up is fine although I only did that twice since I was out. I started a food and exercise journal ON MY BIG MOLESKINE… to see what kinda changes happen so lets start

  • First two days I felt a bit tired and groggy
  • The next 4 days after that I get hyper spikes around 6-9
  • On Thursday I was really horny ( the reason is I have a high zinc intake from my diet)
  • Now I think I stabilized, but I feel more energetic, hyper, jumpy etc…

On the second week I started Taking some supplements in the form of GNC Mega Men Dietary supplement. Ever since then my piss is not clear no more. It’s more or less a phosphorous yellow. Since I’m taking in the Vitamins and Minerals I need and flush the rest out.  I guess it’s ok since it contains a shitload of stuff that I’m not getting from the diet.

As for the gym, I go on Mondays and Thursdays. I seriously get fucked at the gym it’s really intense and my personal trainer is like next time we’ll take it up a notch. I love that gym, which I’ll give a proper review next week. But for now I’m thinking of walking around 5 or 6 pm on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. So my question for you is:

  1. Where do you recommend I go for my walks?
  2. Are you interested in joining me on these walks?
  3. I’m gonna do 30 minute intervals of fast paced walking and jogging, can you keep up?

If any of you are interested we can set that up, and I wont quit halfway through still got 15 Kilos to go. I’m in it, to win it, can you step it up a notch?

Oh yeah since I started the diet and the gym I lost around 4 kilos in the span of 1.5 weeks I know what your thinking what I lost is water weight and my body is dehydrated right? Well no, I drink around 4-6 liters of water a day so it can’t be because of that. For now I’m gonna stick to the diet till ramadan where I need to add some carbs. And later on reintroduce rice, bread, pasta into my diet. Another upside of the diet is my skin complexion is better now, I should know since I have semi-chronic acne. Which reminds me need to find a good doctor to get rid of these acne scars I got as well. Time for a makeover I gues, since I’m eating healthy, feeling good infact great, and everything is looking up and TINGALANG!

EDIT

In case you are wondering I have 5 small meals a day. Dinner and Lunch, I have veggies or a salad on the side and a green tea after these meals. I also started coffee in the morning since last Friday. Gotta ask my nutritionist about fruits, since it’s all about peaches and cream, know what I mean :P

Lovemaking Music

I don’t know what’s going on. But I’m in the mood of making a lovemaking playlist. You know like in the movies when that one song plays the leads start making love to one another. For example Marvin gaye’s “Let’s get it on” or something along those lines.

So what are your suggestions? Just to be clear something smooth and mellow. It’s lovemaking after all not fucking music. All genres are welcome so don’t hold back. I just woke up from an after work nap. And I feel like shit. Just checked my google reader to see what I missed and decided to just read and not comment since I had nothing nice to say. So hows everyone holding up these days?

Keeping Work Interesting

To start of as some of you may have noticed by my twitters from 8-4 I have no internet access. Well to be truthful I do but IT lock down is a mother. No sites open up basically so I’m shut out from the internet. But the amount of work that gets thrown my way keeps me busy.

So I came up with little stuff to add some drama and excitement to my daily routine at work. I can’t smoke in the building. If I do alarms would sound and everyone would go down the stairs and that sucks if you are in the top floors lol. So I have to leave the building smoke and come back. Basically I can go whenever. However what I do is, I wait for people to not be looking at me and sneak out. Sneaking out is more fun than just go in plain site.

Basically my advice to everyone is to practice real life metal gear action. By sneaking out at work. You lose points if you are seen by someone in your own department though. So keep a personal tally and adjust accordingly.

Listening to Rick Ross’s “Hustlin’” and sneaking out are a must for me. The song is my music therapy to get me into the mood for basically anything. But if I dont listen to it in the morning I wont feel like working. I suggest you give it a try. There is a 2pac song for every occasion. However what I like about this song is it fits any occasion because life is a hustle, and “everyday I’m hustlin” as a matter of fact it’s also my ringtone. So what are you waiting for hustle and sneak!

Work Snackin’ and Lunchin’

Just out of curiosity I wanna ask! How many of you snack and lunch at work. If you do do you bring your own food? Or do you order out?

You see right now I’m all into healthy living. Thought about going vegan but too much work and preparation for me. Besides TAT loves the juicy steak no sexual pun intended. You see from my Dad’s side of the family there is a chance I’ll get high blood pressure. From my Mom’s side low blood pressure. In my case lets hope they balance out lol. Also I’m trying to lose a bit of weight around the midsection and get leaner muscles, higher stamina and endurance and I might run a marathon and not break a sweat.

So for those of you who bring food to the workplace. What do you use to keep it warm or transport it with. Tupperware or have you tried the bento? Also if you don’t mind what kind of food do you usually bring. Got any good recipes to whip something out in a hurry?

And those of you who order out. What restaurants offer a healthier sampling. What would you recommend?

Right now I don’t snack or lunch at work though I should so I’m looking into options. So your help would be appreciated looking forward to see what genius ideas everyone has :)

The Comeback

Well back by popular demand I guess. So hows everyone doing? Me? I’m good. Just started a new job so we’ll see how that pans out. I guess I should start by telling you what I have been doing these past days.

I started being more physically active doing the fitness thing. Like cardio, yoga wights the works. Trying to start a new diet but kinda hard to coordinate with my parents. So I’m thinking of doing meal replacements shakes for lunch since they easy to do with a shaker and I might be stuck at work. Oh and if you try to convince me to get a wiifit and do the 30 day fit test just to lose 4 pounds, I have one thing to say to you I can lose 4 pounds by taking a dump :P

I had a big accomplishment though. My Mom and I have banned my brother from playing GTA4. Long story but he’s too young to play the game. Needless to say he cried a lot but we decided that he should play age appropriate games or games I authorize for him. So no M rated games for now except Metal Gear because come on. Can’t ban him from that.

Other than that I’m back for good the long haul till death do us part and all that shazam. Gonna start up the podcast soon entitled “The Don Show” will broaden the topics I talk about. But don’t expect me to “Kiss and Tell” ain’t my style. I guess that’s about it for today so peace out.
